2009 Fall Festival

Save the date! Fauntleroy Fall Festival coming
October 18th 2008,
2 PM - 6 PM

Fauntleroy Center
(Church, YMCA, & Schoolhouse).  Free activities, cheap eats, & beautiful fall weather - guaranteed!

If you have time to help volunteer on the day of the event or have time and talent to provide volunteer assistance with planning, please contact the festival organizers at  fallfestival@fauntleroy.net.

The Fauntleroy community celebrates fall with an annual festival. Enjoy an afternoon of fun, food, community information, music and other entertainment.

Pumpkin painting, pony rides, and lots of other activities for the kids! Take your chances on baptizing the minister in the dunk tank! Wrap up the day with a bratwurst dinner at the Hall at Fauntleroy.

PARTIAL LIST OF ACTIVITIES & EVENTS:

2-3 pm -- Lauren Petrie. pianist/entertainer, in parking lot

2-5 pm -- Flu shots available in the Church board room

2:30-3 pm -- Endolyne Children's Choir concert, church sanctuary (www.endolynechoir.org)

3-4 pm -- Jump Ensemble Jazz Trio, in parking lot

3-4 pm -- Julie Mainstone Savas, behind Fellowship Hall by ponies

3:30-4 pm -- Stage Struck, in Fellowship Hall

4-6 pm -- Bottle Rockit, at Hall at Fauntleroy

4-4:30 pm -- Fauntleroy Fall Festival Choir concert in Fauntleroy Church Sanctuary. The festival choir comprises members of the Fauntleroy Chancel Choir (Bronwyn Edwards Cryer, director) and South Seattle Community College Choir (Paula Herd, director).

4:30-5:00/5:30 pm -- Rouge and/or Denny Middle School Steel Drum Band 4:30-5:15 pm -- The Dollmaker dance presentation, Seattle Civic Dance Theatre (www.seattlecivicdance.com), in Fellowship Hall

Late afternoon -- Bratwurst dinner, Hall at Fauntleroy (www.tuxedosandtennisshoes.com)
